the room felt a bit disappointing i found some wear and tear on the parquet flooring inside the room also areas around the pool showed similar damage the staff were not rude but they were not particularly cute a welcome drink would have been a nice touch in a supposedly five-star hotel.

The hotel location posed several challenges. it sits on a VERY steep incline. It reminded me of a real trek! the shuttle service did not fully compensate because its schedule restricted spontaneity. the limited breakfast options were also disappointing. i expect more variety and quality given the hotel's supposed level.
The swim-up bar was quite convenient. I appreciated the great vibe and company there. The whole venue seemed to have a great vibe. It was close enough to town but felt nicely removed from the bustle. I also found the resort's quiet location to be a significant advantage.
I noticed limited vegetarian choices at breakfast.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool with a swim-up bar. the gym has three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. the hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to a nearby beach. It runs several times a day.
The hotel room was spacious (i took the 'suite pool view'). The bathroom was well-appointed. Staff members were friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. They picked up and delivered our luggage. They also cleaned the room every day. (the service was great!).
The hotel is situated on a steep incline. It rises approximately 30 meters over a 270-meter stretch. This made accessing nearby shops challenging. The breakfast spread was minimal for a hotel of this standard.
I celebrated my birthday here, and it was superb! The staff surprised me with a happy birthday message on my bed. They also provided delicious chocolate cake. I was impressed by how attentive they were to all my requests. This. I appreciated it so much. The facilities were very modern and clean.
I thought it was a bit of a shame that the free shuttle bus stopped running so early in the evening. It would be great if this service extended later.
